How to Get Full Headers From ZZN.com

We've been unable to find a way to view the headers for messages received at a ZZN account through their web interface. They do, however, offer free POP3 retrieval of mail from ZZN accounts. Follow their directions to set up your account so that you can retrieve messages using a POP3 mail client (like Eudora or Pegasus or Outlook Express). When you download your messages to a mail client, follow the directions for viewing the headers in that mail program.
